We only collect data that you send us or that browsing generates:

• contact form: name, company (optional), email address and/or phone number, message; plus the IP address and browser type, kept with the message for security and abuse prevention;
• newsletter: email address;
• internal audience measurement: page viewed, referring site, device type (mobile or desktop) and a random identifier limited to the browser tab. No directly identifying data is recorded.

Your data is used to answer your requests, prepare quotes, handle sales follow-up and after-sales service, send the newsletter if you subscribed, and secure and improve the site.

Messages and contact details are kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for 3 years after the last exchange. Audience measurement data is deleted automatically after 12 months. Invoicing data is kept for the applicable legal period.

Your data is intended for the Digital Partner team. We do not sell it or pass it on for advertising.

It is stored with our technical providers: Octenium (application, Algeria) and MongoDB Atlas (database), whose servers may be located outside Algeria. Any transfer complies with Law No. 18-07.

The site uses no advertising cookies, no Google Analytics and no social network pixel. Our audience measurement is internal: it runs on our own servers, without cookies and without passing data to a third party. No consent banner is therefore required.

A single functional cookie remembers the chosen language (1 year). Fonts are served from our own domain.

If you display the map on the Contact page, map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address at that point. Links to Google Maps load nothing until you click.

If we ever add a third-party tool, this policy will be updated and your consent requested.

Under Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object, and to request erasure of your data as provided by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
