These terms govern the services of Digital Partner (brand identity, digital marketing, websites, custom applications and software) and the online sale of its products: ShopOne (single-store e-commerce dashboard and storefront), UltimShop (multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce platform, dashboard and storefront) and the Elusite website builder (elusite.com).

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Each service is covered by a written quote stating scope, price and timeline. The order is binding once the client validates the quote in writing (signature or email agreement) and pays the deposit.

Prices are in Algerian dinars (DA) and exclude tax (HT). Applicable VAT is added on top.

Unless the quote states otherwise, payment is made in two instalments: 50% at order as a deposit, 50% on delivery.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, CCP deposit, cash and cheque. Subscriptions and products sold online are paid online as indicated at sign-up.

Bank details for transfers: RIB 004 00117 400 0072366-35 (account holder: Digital Partner).

Delivery times depend on the complexity of the product or service. They are stated in the quote and run from payment of the deposit and receipt of the materials the client must supply.

Delivery means making the deliverable available to the client.

The client may request corrections until the product works 100% in line with the validated quote. Any new or different request outside the validated scope is not part of these corrections: it is quoted and invoiced separately.

Rights in the deliverables are defined by the contract or quote signed with the client.

ShopOne, UltimShop and Elusite subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen at sign-up, and renew automatically.

The client may cancel at any time before the next renewal, by email or from their dashboard. The period already paid is not refunded.

On non-payment the service is suspended; data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

At this time Digital Partner does not offer a refund policy. Cancelling an order: it must be notified in writing (email). Before work starts, the deposit is retained; it covers the study and quote preparation. After work starts, the work done is invoiced and the deliverables produced are handed over once paid.

After-sales support is provided following delivery. Training on how to use the product is provided.

Digital Partner is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for items supplied by the client or third parties.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before any action.

Failing that, the dispute falls to the territorially competent courts of Algiers, where the registered office is located.
