Frequency is not a strategy
Many businesses post out of obligation, to “be present”. The result: posts nobody looks at, and a team that burns out. Three useful posts a week beat a dull one every day.
Know who you are talking to
Before writing, answer three questions: who are your customers, what are they looking for, and which networks do they spend their time on? The answers change everything: tone, format, posting time and even language.
Content that helps
Posts that work bring something:
- answering a question your customers often ask;
- showing the behind-the-scenes of a project or a skill;
- explaining a product or service simply;
- featuring a happy customer, with their agreement.
Listen as much as you post
Community management also means replying: to comments, messages and criticism. A quick, courteous answer is often worth more than a beautiful post. We support our clients on both sides: creating and running.
